NearbySpy publishes a pricing page for Private Investigators who are considering a paid plan. This article explains what is on that page, how the plans differ, and where to look for the details that matter most before you upgrade.

What the pricing page shows

The pricing page lists the plans available to Investigators along with the headline features for each one. It is designed to be readable in a couple of minutes, with deeper detail behind links and inside the dashboard for current subscribers.

The free baseline

Every verified Investigator can have a public profile, accept Client inquiries, run Cases, store Evidence, and use the core operations tools. The free baseline is meant to be useful on its own, not a stripped-down trial. Many Investigators run their day-to-day work without ever upgrading.

The Elite plan

Elite is the paid subscription tier. It unlocks advanced product surfaces that mature investigative practices tend to need:

  • DocuVault for sending documents for signature directly from a Case. See Why DocuVault requires Elite.
  • Higher limits on certain features, where applicable.
  • Additional tools that are added over time as the platform expands.

For a deeper walkthrough of what comes with Elite, see What the Elite plan unlocks.

Featured placement is a separate paid program from Elite, available to Investigators on a qualifying plan. It boosts visibility in specific geographies inside directory and search. Featured cards are labelled clearly so that users can tell when a placement is paid. See Featured placements in directory and search.

How billing works

Subscriptions and one-off purchases are billed through a payment processor. You can review your active plan, payment history, and upcoming charges from your Investigator dashboard. See Understanding Billing: subscriptions and payment history.

Cancellation

You can cancel an Elite subscription from the Billing area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your data, Cases, Evidence, and Client relationships remain intact. Features that are gated behind Elite will return to the free baseline at the end of the period.
